Expo Giveaway by Unseen Screens

By entering the Unseen Screens Giveaway, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. Eligibility & Prize

   • One winner will be selected to receive a complimentary retractable screen installation.

   • The giveaway is open to residents within Unseen Screens’ service area who are 18 years of age or older.

2. Media Consent Requirement

   • To claim the prize, the winner must consent to being photographed and/or filmed during installation and while using the product.

   • By accepting the prize, you grant Unseen Screens and its representatives permission to use your name, likeness, voice, and images/video captured for promotional, advertising, and marketing purposes in any media format (including but not limited to social media, websites, print, and digital advertising) without additional compensation.

3. Mailing List Consent

   • By submitting the giveaway entry form, you agree to be added to Unseen Screens’ email mailing list for future promotional and marketing communications.

   • You may unsubscribe from the mailing list at any time by following the opt-out instructions included in our emails.

4. Release of Liability

   • Participation constitutes your full release of Unseen Screens, its employees, and affiliates from any liability connected to the use of such media.

   • This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, any third-party platforms used to promote it.

5. General Conditions

   • Unseen Screens reserves the right to modify or cancel the giveaway at any time without prior notice.

   • All local, state, and federal laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited.
